7:00 PM – Assembly at Bangalore City Railway Station, Board Rajdhani Express (Train No. 22691)

- 07:00 AM – Secunderabad Railway Station (Hyderabad campers board)
- 12:00 PM – Reach Ballarsha, By road to Tadoba
- 02:00 PM – Check-in (3-star AC hotel, 4-sharing)

- 05:00 PM – Nature walk & bird watching

May 13th – Day 3:

Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of travel cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, strike, roadblocks and / or any factors beyond control.
Terms & Conditions
- Initial Booking amount: Rs. 10000
- Balance amount to be paid 45 days before camp start date.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Cancellation Policy
- Initial Booking amount Rs. 10000 is non refundable
- Cancellation before 4 week to 2 week from the camp start date : 40% refund
- Cancellation before 2 week to 1 week from the camp start date : 20% refund
- Cancellation notification 7 days before camp start date no refund
- No show: No refunds
Note: Pickup / Drop can be arranged from Chennai at extra cost

Who can join this camp?
Children 12 years and above who are interested in nature, wildlife, and outdoor experiences can join. No prior wildlife knowledge is required.
Is this camp safe for children?
Yes. Child safety is our highest priority.
The camp is conducted under:

- Strict forest department safety rules
- Small, supervised groups at all times
- Verified transport & accommodation
Will there be female mentors for girls?
Yes. Female mentors will be accompanying female campers, ensuring comfort, safety, and emotional well-being throughout the camp.
How many safaris are included?
The camp includes 3 guided Jeep Safaris inside Tadoba Tiger Reserve, conducted by authorized forest guides and naturalists.
Is tiger sighting guaranteed?
Tiger sightings depend on nature and cannot be guaranteed. However, Tadoba is one of India’s best tiger reserves, and campers will learn wildlife tracking, animal behavior, and conservation regardless of sightings.
Will there be female mentors for girls?
Yes. Female mentors will be accompanying female campers, ensuring comfort, safety, and emotional well-being throughout the camp.
What kind of accommodation is provided?
Children will stay in a 3-star category hotel with AC rooms on a sharing basis, located close to the forest area for easy safari access.
What food will be provided?
All meals are included. Nutritious, child-friendly meals will be provided throughout the camp. Special dietary needs can be discussed in advance.
How will children travel?
- AC train travel from Bangalore & Hyderabad
- Local transfers by mini vans
- Mentors accompany campers throughout the journey
What documents are required?
- Aadhaar card copy is mandatory for safari bookings. Without this, safari permits cannot be issued.
Why is early registration required?
- Safari permits in Tadoba are limited and get booked well in advance.
Therefore, registrations close on 10th February or earlier if seats fill up
How many children will be in one batch?
Group sizes are kept limited to ensure:
- Better supervision
- Enhanced learning
- Personalized attention
What should my child carry?
A detailed Things to Carry checklist is provided in the brochure, including clothing, shoes, water bottle, medicines (if any), and safari essentials.
Will children have free time or screen time?
This is a screen-free, nature-focused camp. Children engage in safaris, nature walks, discussions, games, and learning sessions.
