About Snorkeling –
Snorkeling is the practice of floating on the shallow sea waters while equipped with a buoyancy jacket,
diving mask, a shaped tube called a snorkel, and fins. Use of this equipment allows the snorkeler to
observe underwater creatures with relatively little effort.
Snorkeling is the easiest and safe method to observe underwater life for swimmers and non swimmers
in a natural setting without the complicated equipment required for scuba diving. Knowledge of
swimming is not required for snorkeling.
